Near the quaint beaches of Amalfi, Apartment Dohrn is located in the historical center of Atrani, a charming old fishing village.
Tucked in the alleys and stairways of this old borough, Dohrn is a mere 100 meters from its characteristic central piazza filled with shops, bars and restaurants.
From the square, the aforementioned piazza, guests pass under an arch and instantly access Atrani's small beach.
Dohrn is on the second floor of the building and has one bedroom with a double bed and an extra single bed.
There is a a bathroom with shower and a magnificent terrace equipped with table and chairs.
From the terrace, guests have a view of the sea as well as the picturesque Atrani characterized by its small colored buildings clinging to the slopes of the cliffs and extraordinarily charming architecture.
Apartment Dohrn's terrace is the gem of this holiday home.
Fashioned in the typically Amalfitani way, it is paved with ancient terracotta tiles, features brickwork seats decorated with fabulous hand painted majolica tiles, pots with palm trees, flowers and, of course, a lemon tree, most celebrated fruit of the region.
Since access to Atrani is prohibited to cars, Apartment Dohrn can only be accessed by foot, through a charming alley that stems from the main square.
The town of Amalfi can be reached by foot both along the main road or along a romantic pedestrian alley, to avoid the nuisance of cars.
By foot, climbing an ancient stairway, guests with enough wind in their lungs can also reach the hilltop town of Ravello.
The numerous breathtaking views are a reward for the climb. (Ravello can also be reached by bus.)
