Apartment Basile is located in the central part of Positano, just 500 meters from the lovely main beach, and featuring a lovely panoramic view of the town on the hills.

The apartment has recently been totally refurnished with quality modern furniture and amenities are available, including heating and air conditioning.

Basile's terrace is approximately 30 square meters in size, furnished with sun beds, chairs and table and offers a charming view of the charismatic town center.

Positano is an excellent shopping town, offering unique and tasteful fashion boutiques, shops selling famous local handmade sandals and shoes, as well as many beautiful ceramics.

Just outside of the apartment there are several excellent restaurants and bars where guests can enjoy the delicious cuisine of the area or sip a cocktail.

Apartment Basile has one private bedroom with a queen sized bed, one bathroom, and a living room with a single sofa bed for a third person.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all modern appliances.

Also, a car is not advisable for the area as free parking is a problem all along the Amalfi coast.

However, there is a private garage 100 meters from the apartment where guests are able to park cars at a daily rate of approximately Euro 20 per day.

Otherwise, the local bus transportation along the coast is quite efficient and popular.

Apartment Basile Sept 09 USA Older Couple Victoria W. We selected Apartment Basile soley based on a good feeling since there were no references available at the time. Italy Accom was able to answer our questions so we moved forward. We had this apartment in beautiful Positano for 2 weeks and could not be happier with our choice if we tried. A bonus was to have Lucia, the owner, nearby to assist with any needs, although we needed nothing but a smile every day as we purchased fresh fruits, vegetables, wines and more from her small shop up at street level. The accomodations were clean, roomy and the balcony very, very large. We sat out there in the morning with our breakfast and in the evenings staring out over the lights of Positano. We felt safe, comfortable and welcomed. The location is perfect for walking down to the beach to either catch a ferry or on most days to sit on the beach and swim in the clear sea. We strongly suggest this apartment to any couple wanting to live like locals. No hotel could give you the freedom to walk to resturants or to cook in, which we did often.
