Villa De Laurentis is situated in a village called Pontone, not far from the centre of Ravello (about 2 Km).
With its spacious interior, pool and grand outdoor spaces, as well as beautiful balcony spanning the length of the house and presenting a stunning view of the coastline, De Laurentis is ideal for a large group holiday.
It has a central area as well as two internal separate apartments.
In an extremely private location tucked on top of a hill, De Laurentis must be accessed by a flight of about 150 stairs.
The trek up the steps is always rewarding as the Villa boasts many delights.
The house is in perfect conditions, recently restored, and on the ground floor there you find the larger terrace of the house with the swimming pool which is for the exclusive use of the guests.
With the 150 steps in mind, the owners may arrange for a donkey service to deliver luggage up to the door; this service can be used between 3.00 p.m. and 7.30 p.m.
Enter the Villa, guests step into a large living room with separate open kitchen, which has a washing machine and dishwasher.
On the first level there are three bedrooms (one triple with mountain views and two doubles with sea views), and a large bathroom with bath tub.
One of the bedrooms has a ensuite bath.
There are also two small apartments located within the same building.
The first apartment, named La Rondine, can accommodate 5 people and is situated on the ground floor comprising a living room with double fold out sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, and a balcony with sea view, bath.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom and one single bedroom under a sloping ceiling, and a bathroom.
The second apartment, named Garden, can accommodate 2+2 people and is composed of a living room (with a sofa bed), kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom.
This apartment has a private furnished garden with barbecue and sea view.
The villa has a central area, as well as two other apartments that are available on request.
These apartments will only be available if your party is more than 7 people.
Finally, there is a swimming pool of 4.5 meters by 9.50 meters which is for the exclusive use of the guests.
