No rubbish issues in Amalfi Coast
The whole world has seen the photos of mountains of rubbish in Campania. Journalists should stress that this problem does not involve the Province of Salerno.
Naples is the largest town in Campania and all the inhabitants of this wonderful region suffer seeing all the rubbish in the streets. But Campania is not Naples and Naples does not represent Campania.
In the Amalfi Coast tourists can find treasures they do not even imagine. We just want to make everyone know that in the streets of Salerno and its province there is no rubbish and life goes on as usual.
60% of the province of Salerno is considered a UNESCO world heritage and includes the picturesque tourist towns of Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, and the rest of the Amalfi Coast, Paestum, Velia, Palinuro, the National Park of Cilento and Vallo di Diano.
All these beautiful places are not experiencing any problems with rubbish. Tourists can visit them and take advantage of the many possibilities offered during this period.
